 THE IDMA AWARDS ENTRY PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED - Our 2010 awards are open for entries untl August 16th. As in
recent years we will continue to have categories for all types of
digital media - DVD, Blu-ray Disc, mobile and online. We will also
present special juried awards that celebrate the greatest digital media
milestones in the past 20 years of digital media.
OUR EXCELLENCE 2010 EVENT, "Twenty Years of Excellence" has been moved to a future date to be announced later , and will feature a host of important technology presentations about publishing digital media in all its forms, and we will have tabletop demos from our special sponsors (including BluFocus and others) and technology partners..
 The IDMA Newsletter MediaSphere has debuted! The first edition of 2010 is available for download now, while we are working on the second edition which should be out soon. This edition features articles on harnessing handheld remotes for Blu-ray disc into the connected environment, as well as articles from IDMA directors Van Ling on content, Niran Husing on the digital world view, and IDMA Chairman Jim Taylor.
